Summer Financial Aid
Summer Quarter is the first quarter of the academic year. If you want financial aid for the Summer 2026 quarter then you will complete the 2026-2027 FAFSA or the 2026-2027 WASFA.
You will be awarded summer financial aid if you are registered for summer classes. Summer financial aid awards are initially based on full-time enrollment and attendance for the full summer session:
- Undergraduates: 12 or more graduates
- Graduate students: 10 or more credits
If, after summer financial aid has been awarded, you will not be enrolled full-time and/or will not attend the full summer session, please contact our office as soon as possible: uwbfaid@uw.edu or 425-352-5240.
