Oracle Enterprise Manager Console

First ,easy, before EM we start with database and listener up, then start Enterprise Manager:

[oracle@isc ~]$ ORACLE_SID=TEST; export ORACLE_SID
[oracle@isc ~]$ emctl start dbconsole
Oracle Enterprise Manager 11g Database Control Release 11.1.0.6.0
Copyright (c) 1996, 2007 Oracle Corporation. All rights reserved.

Logs are generated in directory /u01/app/oracle/product/11.1.0/db_1/TEST.localdomain_TEST/sysman/log
How acces to Console?

browser : https://test.localdomain:1158/em/
TEST.localdomain : 172.20.141.78
Reconfiguring EM, only way u can do is first dropping all repository:

C:\Data> set ORACLE_SID=TEST
C:\Data> emca -deconfig dbcontrol db -repos drop

process will ask you some questions, Oracle SID and Port number without double quotes but you must enter all passwords with double quotes, this process need sysman account or drop sys man schema manually for avoid erro msg.

Drop the user and dependent on version a few other objects, like:

DROP USER sysman CASCADE;
DROP PUBLIC SYNONYM setemviewusercontext;
DROP ROLE mgmt_user;
DROP PUBLIC SYNONYM mgmt_target_blackouts;
DROP USER mgmt_view;
You can then create the em environment with the following syntax:

C:\Data> emca -config dbcontrol db -repos create

Again, you’ll receive the following prompts, enter the Oracle SID and Port number without double quotes but you must enter all passwords with double quotes (at least in Oracle Database 11g):
