Services and Activities Fee Annual Proposal Form for the 2025-2026 Academic Year<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A member of your proposal group must be available to attend a hearing with the SAF Committee tentatively scheduled for Friday, January 30, February 6, and February 13, 2026. Please ensure that your request is in accordance with SAF Bylaws<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note the SAF Committee will be coordinating with Club Council to develop an efficient funding model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

足彩app哪个是正规的 Committee will hold an open forum and appeals, tentatively scheduled for on Friday, March 6, 2026. Requesting groups will be notified of a preliminary budget before the open forum and appeals date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Late applications will not be accepted, except at the discretion of the Committee. Adjustments to the final total requested by any club, group, organization, or department will not be accepted. After a request has been submitted, it may not be reopened for alterations or changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Applications will include:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. Annual Proposal Form<\/a> completed by 5pm on January 16, 2026; AND<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. A completed spreadsheet<\/a>, submitted via email to\u00a0uwb-saf@uw.edu<\/a> by 5pm on January 16, 2025.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Information to know before submitting proposals<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. Read \u201cSection 5. Guidelines for Funding\u201d & \u201cSection 6. General Criteria for Evaluating Funding Requests\u201d of SAF Bylaws<\/a> before you decide to submit a request.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Services and Activities Fees may not be used in support of credit-bearing courses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. If you plan on requesting food in your application, please familiarize yourself with the University Food Policy<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Please note that the committee cannot fund more than you request (with the exception of benefits associated with salaries or wages, which are set annually by the state and university). If there is a submission error, the committee cannot make any changes and will base their decision on the initial request only. Additional forms\/attachments will not be accepted<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Completed applications will include the narrative as well as a spreadsheet detailing the request.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
