Since September 2013, he has been with the School of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics at University of Washington, Bothell, where he is currently an Assistant Professor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Research<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>His research interests include power systems operation and planning, renewable energy systems, smart grids, electric vehicles and electricity market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Education<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>University of Nevada<br>\nReno, NV<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ph.D. Electrical Engineering<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>University of Tehran<br>\nTehran, Iran<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>M.Sc.
