This triage includes a set of questions asked by either the dispatcher or investigating officer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><thead><tr><th scope=\"col\">1. INCIDENT REPORT RECEIVED<\/th><th scope=\"col\">2. LOG &amp; ASSIGNMENT<\/th><th scope=\"col\">3. FULL INVESTIGATION<\/th><th scope=\"col\">4. REVIEW &amp; PUBLISH<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>Incident reported via phone, in person or via an officer reporting a concern<\/td><td>Dispatch logs incident and assigns to officer to respond &amp; investigate &amp; may escalate to a supervisor as needed<\/td><td>Officer responds, investigates and completes report<\/td><td>Report is reviewed by a supervisor; all incidents are published on 60-day crime log\/website with incident type, incident number, date\/time, location &amp;  disposition<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:16px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-file\"><a id=\"wp-block-file--media-dbf454e1-aebc-4a84-8827-587f9b2da1e7\" href=\"https:\/\/www.uwb.edu\/safety\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/19\/2025\/09\/FacultyFlowChart-revised-2-scaled.png\">Download the detailed flowchart that covers medical emergency, criminal offense, and non-emergency incidents.\u00a0<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:33px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When Should an Incident Report Be Written? <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>An officer prepares an incident report to document significant and\/or unusual events or emergencies involving individuals who receive services and\/or support.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Examples: <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Criminal offenses  &#8211;  Personal injury  &#8211;   Vehicle collisions  &#8211;   Any incident involving the police or fire department<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Note:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Incidents that are unusual in nature are generally classified as Informational or Suspicious Circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comments\/Concerns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Have you seen a Campus Safety team member making a difference? Normally the employee\u2019s immediate supervisor handles these complaints either over the telephone or in person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>足彩app哪个是正规的 second type of complaint is a formal complaint. A formal complaint is preferred in writing and may be submitted through our <a href=\"http:\/\/catalyst.uw.edu\/webq\/survey\/ckao\/357029\" target=\"Comment Form\" rel=\"noopener\">Comment Form<\/a>.
