He completed a two-year postdoctoral fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine and is coming to us from Saint Louis University, where he is currently an Assistant Professor of Health Care Ethics. <\/p>\n<p>\n\tMeghan Eagen-Torkko (Assistant Professor) has a PhD in Nursing Science and a Certificate in Nursing Education from the University of Michigan. Meghan is an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner and Certified Midwife.  Her primary area of research focuses on perinatal outcomes, and her dissertation study examined breastfeeding outcomes of first-time mothers who are survivors of childhood maltreatment\/trauma. <\/p>\n<p>\n\tKatryna McCoy (Assistant Professor) came to us from a 2-year postdoctoral fellowship at Emory University.  Katryna is an Advanced Registered Family Nurse Practitioner and has extensive clinical expertise working in rural areas with underserved and diverse populations.  She holds a PhD in Nursing Science and a Multidisciplinary Graduate Certificate in HIV\/STIs from the University of Washington.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tVictoria Breckwich Vasquez (Assistant Professor) holds a DPH from the University of California, Berkeley, and is the current Director of Community Engagement &amp; Education and Research Scientist for Pacific Northwest Agricultural Health and Safety at the University of Washington.  She has been a lecturer in NHS for the past year, and brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in community engagement and community partnerships. <\/p>\n<p>\n\tEric Stoerm Anderson (Senior Lecturer) came to us from Walden University.  He holds an EdD in Curriculum and Instruction from University of Houston, a MEd in Educational Technology from the University of Texas, and a MS and an AD in Nursing. <\/p>\n<p>\n\tAnnie Bruck (Senior Lecturer) has been with NHS as a part-time lecturer for the past 2 years.  She holds a DNP in Advanced Community Health Nursing and a MN in Occupational Health Nursing and as a Psychosocial Nurse Practitioner. Since coming to UWB, Annie has taught a variety of courses for NHS and has done a tremendous job serving as the coordinator for our Partnerships in Community Health courses. <\/p>\n<p>\n\tGrace Lasker (Senior Lecturer) holds a PhD in Public Health Epidemiology from Walden University and a PhD in Holistic Nutrition from Clayton College of Natural Health.  In addition, she has a strong science background with a MS and BS in Plant Breeding and Genetics (Agronomy) and a minor in Biological Science.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tPlease join us in welcoming our new colleagues to UW Bothell.
