Per <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uwb.edu\/planning-administration\/fiscal-audit-services\/coronavirus#040120-mobile-tech-purchases\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">campus policy<\/a>, all purchases must be coordinated through UW Bothell IT. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/uwashington.qualtrics.com\/jfe\/form\/SV_e3syWR6OLrwx38O\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Click here to submit Purchase Request Form<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How can I purchase a standard computer with UWB-IT?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Submit a <a href=\"https:\/\/uwashington.qualtrics.com\/jfe\/form\/SV_e3syWR6OLrwx38O\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Purchase Request Form<\/a> to start the procurement process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please do not submit the form until you have budget approval and are ready to purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When would I purchase a standard computer?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you have a new permanent employee starting. Once purchased, that computer will then be enrolled in the  <a href=\"\/it\/training-and-support\/software-hardware-printing\/computer-replacement-program\">Computer Replacement Program (CRP)<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you have student or temporary employees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you would like a new service point computer (usually shared).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you are not sure, email <a href=\"mailto:uwbit@uw.edu\">uwbit@uw.edu<\/a> and we can help identify if a new computer is needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What are the standard computer options?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>UWB-IT has currated a list of standard computer configurations to choose from.
