Connect to the meeting using a desktop or mobile device instead.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please wait for the host to start this meeting: 足彩app哪个是正规的 <a href=\"https:\/\/support.zoom.us\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/202828525-Join-Before-Host\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Join before host  feature<\/a> is not enabled, and the host has not yet joined the meeting. Hosts automatically receive email asking them to join. You will be prompted to join the meeting a short time after the host joins.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please enter the meeting password: 足彩app哪个是正规的 meeting requires a password; enter the password provided by the meeting host. If you do not know the password, contact the meeting host for assistance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This meeting does not allow phone dial-in: 足彩app哪个是正规的 host may only have allowed VoIP audio. In this case, if you dial into the general Zoom teleconferencing number and enter the meeting ID, you will hear the message above and the call will disconnect. You will need to <a href=\"https:\/\/support.zoom.us\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/201362193-How-Do-I-Join-A-Meeting-\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">join the meeting<\/a>  with a computer or a smartphone app.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not meeting host. (3,003): If you received a link to a Zoom meeting in the format <cite>https:\/\/washington.zoom.us\/meeting\/123456789<\/cite>, change <cite>\/meeting\/<\/cite> in the URL to <cite>\/j\/<\/cite> and try to connect again. For example, <cite>https:\/\/washington.zoom.us\/meeting\/123456789<\/cite> should instead be <cite>https:\/\/washington.zoom.us\/j\/123456789<\/cite>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"#Back to top\">Back to top<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a id=\"No else is here\" name=\"No else is here\"><\/a>I&#8217;ve joined my meeting, but no one else is here<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you&#8217;ve joined a meeting but don&#8217;t see other participants:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Confirm with the meeting host that the meeting has begun. If it has, ask for the meeting ID at the top of the host&#8217;s Zoom window (for example, Zoom Meeting ID: 123-456-7890) and compare that to the meeting ID at the top of yours. If they don&#8217;t match, you&#8217;ve joined a different meeting. Ask the host for the meeting ID, and <a href=\"https:\/\/support.zoom.us\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/201362193-How-Do-I-Join-A-Meeting-\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">join that meeting<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you&#8217;re the host, ensure that you haven&#8217;t enabled a waiting room. If you have, you need to manually admit each participant before they can join your meeting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"#Back to top\">Back to top<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a id=\"Can't hear\" name=\"Can't hear\"><\/a>I can&#8217;t hear or talk to people<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you&#8217;re unable to hear or talk to people in a meeting:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check the attendee controls at the bottom of your meeting window. If you see the <a href=\"https:\/\/support.zoom.us\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/214629443-Zoom-Web-Client#h_315fe4eb-f304-449f-977e-94621f4623a0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Join Audio icon<\/a> on the far left, click it. In this case, you will not see the message &#8220;join meeting with computer audio&#8221;. You may still be able to join the meeting with video or <a href=\"https:\/\/support.zoom.us\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/201362663-How-Do-I-Join-by-Telephone-\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">via phone<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"#Back to top\">Back to top<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a id=\"Can't see\" name=\"Can't see\"><\/a>People can&#8217;t see me<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you&#8217;ve joined a meeting successfully but others can&#8217;t see you:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Make sure your video isn&#8217;t turned off by checking the <a href=\"https:\/\/support.zoom.us\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/201362313-How-Do-I-Test-My-Video-\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Start Video icon<\/a> in the attendee controls at the bottom of your meeting window.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you&#8217;re connecting from a Lenovo device and your video isn&#8217;t working, see <a href=\"https:\/\/support.zoom.us\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/208362326-Video-Not-Working-on-Lenovo-Devices\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Video not working on Lenovo devices<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If your video isn&#8217;t working in the Zoom client outside of the meeting , try troubleshooting the device itself. For assistance, please contact the UW Bothell IT Helpdesk via <a href=\"mailto:uwbit@uw.edu?subject=Video%20Troubleshooting\">uwbit@uw.edu<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"#Back to top\">Back to top<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a id=\"Video quality\" name=\"Video quality\"><\/a>My video quality is poor<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>足彩app哪个是正规的 &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/support.zoom.us\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/202954249-Optimizing-a-Shared-Video-Clip-in-Full-Screen\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Optimize for full screen video clip<\/a>&#8221; setting greatly reduces video quality. Restart the screen share with that setting unchecked.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you are experiencing a problem with the internet or poor connectivity, we recommend stopping your Video feed and utilize Audio only.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"#Back to top\">Back to top<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a id=\"Can't share with sound\" name=\"Can't share with sound\"><\/a>I can&#8217;t screenshare a video with sound<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Make sure you&#8217;ve muted unneeded microphones (your device and\/or the Zoom meeting microphone). After you click Share to share your screen, select <a href=\"https:\/\/support.zoom.us\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/201362643-Sharing-Computer-Sound-During-Screen-Sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Share computer sound<\/a> in the lower left of the screenshare window.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"#Back to top\">Back to top<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a id=\"Recordings\" name=\"Recordings\"><\/a>I can&#8217;t access my recordings, I accidentally deleted a recording, or I can&#8217;t record<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If your meeting is missing from the recorded meetings list in the Zoom client (for example, as a result of pressing Delete in the Zoom client for a recorded meeting), you may be able to find the recording on your device in its Zoom recordings folder.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To see where your Zoom recordings are stored, see the &#8220;Change location for Recording&#8221; section of <a href=\"https:\/\/support.zoom.us\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/201362473-Local-Recording\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Local recording <\/a>. Recordings will be named in the format <cite>double_click_to_convert_01.zoom<\/cite>. When you find the .zoom file you are looking for, double-click it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only current hosts can record a meeting. If you can&#8217;t record, check to see whether you&#8217;re the host by clicking the <cite>Participants icon<\/cite> in the attendee controls at the bottom of your meeting window; if you aren&#8217;t the host, you can ask the host to record the meeting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"#Back to top\">Back to top<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a id=\"Convert recording\" name=\"Convert recording\"><\/a>My recording won&#8217;t convert<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your device might be low on disk space. Please contact the UW Bothell IT Helpdesk via <a href=\"mailto:uwbit@uw.edu?subject=Zoom%20Recording%20Troubleshooting\">uwbit@uw.edu<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"#Back to top\">Back to top<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a id=\"Alternate host\" name=\"Alternate host\"><\/a>Error adding alternative hosts<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To <a href=\"https:\/\/support.zoom.us\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/208220166-Alternative-Host\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">add an alternative host<\/a>, you must enter that person&#8217;s full <code>@uw.edu<\/code> email address, even if the person&#8217;s primary email address uses another domain. Zoom recognizes <code>@uw.edu<\/code> email addresses only.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>足彩app哪个是正规的 desired host must have logged into <a href=\"https:\/\/washington.zoom.us\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Zoom at UW<\/a> at least once before you can add that person to any meeting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>People from outside UW cannot be added as hosts.
