足彩app哪个是正规的 NWSA<\/a> held its annual conference in Baltimore, Maryland this year. 足彩app哪个是正规的 conference\u2019s theme was \u201cForty Years After Combahee: Feminist Scholars and Activists Engage the Movement for Black Lives\u201d and was an inspiring weekend full of panels, round-table discussions, plenaries, meetings, receptions, networking, and socializing. Seven GWSS<\/a> faculty presented and co-presented papers. GWSS faculty coordinator Julie Shayne<\/a> organized a panel called \u201cReflections, Curriculum, and Solidarity: From the Combahee River Collective, to Transnational Feminist 足彩app哪个是正规的ory, to BLM<\/a>.\u201d On the panel she presented her paper \u201cReflections on 30 years in (Gender), Women (and Sexuality) Studies: From Salvadoran Solidarity Activist to GWSS Faculty Coordinator.\u201d Also on the panel, Alka Kurian<\/a> presented \u201cDalit women\u2019s disruption in a GWSS classroom,\u201d Karen Rosenberg<\/a> presented \u201cTeaching about Intimate Partner Violence: Insights from Black and Transnational Feminisms,\u201d and 足彩app哪个是正规的a Quiray Tagle presented \u201cFrom Black (W)holes, a Light.\u201d GWSS faculty presented and co-presented in other sessions as well. Karen Rosenberg and Lauren Lichty<\/a> co-presented their paper \u201cWhen the University Fails to Name Relationship Violence: Classrooms as Sites of Intra-institutional Analysis, Individual Agency, and Calls for Change,\u201d Alka Kurian, \u201c\u2018Cry out Loud!\u2019 Multiracial Organizing and Documentary Cinema,\u201d micha c\u00e1rdenas<\/a> \u201cRituals, Recipes and Algorithms of Trans of Color Poetics,\u201d and remotely Lauren Berliner<\/a> presented \u201cMediating the Margins: Queer Girls and the Performance of Identity in Online Videos.\u201d GWSS faculty had a wonderful weekend, including Kari Lerum<\/a> who attended without presenting, and look forward to next year\u2019s conference in Atlanta where the theme will be: Just Imagine. Imagining Justice: Feminist visions of freedom, dream making and the radical politics of futurism<\/a>.
