Columns&#039; Digital Editor and IAS graduate, Quinn Russell Brown, wrote about Leissle&#039;s &quot;coming to chocolate studies&quot; as well as her forthcoming book, Cocoa, for Polity Books, in &quot;<a href=\"http:\/\/magazine.washington.edu\/feature\/traveling-the-world-like-a-cocoa-bean\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Traveling the World Like a Cocoa Bean<\/a>.&quot; Leissle also recently appeared on a radio episode for Innovation Hub, &quot;<a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.wgbh.org\/innovation-hub\/2017\/2\/24\/guiltinan-leissle-chocolate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Making a More Versatile Chocolate<\/a>,&quot; which aired on WGBH Boston. After a three-year study of the meaning of the word &quot;artisan&quot; in US craft chocolate marketing, Leissle published &quot;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tandfonline.com.offcampus.lib.washington.edu\/doi\/full\/10.1080\/15528014.2016.1272201\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Artisan&#039; as Brand: Adding Value in a Craft Chocolate Community<\/a>,&quot; in Food, Culture &amp; Society. This article followed two previous publications on this research, with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dandelionchocolate.com\/2016\/10\/05\/what-does-the-word-artisan-mean\/#anchor\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dandelion Chocolate<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.confectionerynews.com\/Markets\/Artisan-A-worn-out-phrase-in-premium-chocolate\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Confectionery News<\/a>.
