In this role, Matt manages multiple projects that drive efficiency within the production system and increase customer satisfaction. Prior to Boeing, Matt worked in retail management, general contracting, and cabinet manufacturing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n\tMatt spent several years in the workforce before earning a BA in Society, Ethics &amp; Human Behavior at UW Bothell.  While at UWB, he was inspired by human rights issues, which led him to pursue study aboard in Zambia, the <a href=\"\/ias\/undergraduate\/experiential\/dc-seminar\">Washington D.C.
