Hillary U (&#8217;10, <a href=\"\/culturelitarts\">Culture, Literature and the Arts<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uwb.edu\/ias\/undergraduate\/majors\/society-ethics-human-behavior\">Society, Ethics and Human Behavior<\/a>) and Zaheeda Edwards (\u201995, Liberal Studies) met with students to discuss their career trajectories and the value of interdisciplinary training within corporate settings. Both highlighted their experiences with group work and exposure to diverse perspectives as assets within the workplace. Hillary also serves as volunteer Executive Director of Bright New Day, a nonprofit that supports women who are, or have been, incarcerated to live healthy and fulfilling lives.
