Complete payment is due no later than one month prior to the event.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Parking <\/strong>&#8211; Parking on campus is available 24\/7 for a fee. You may choose to include parking costs in your contract for participants or have individuals pay separately. Daily parking can be paid using the PayByPhone app (debit\/credit) or at campus pay stations (cash or debit\/credit). Current rates are available on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uwb.edu\/commuter-services\/parking\/rates\">Commuter Services Rates webpage<\/a>. Please have your license plate number ready when paying at a station. In\/out privileges are now included with all parking, regardless of the payment method, at UW Bothell.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>IT\/media<\/strong> &#8211; Any installed equipment is included in the room rental rate. A cost estimate can be provided by UW Bothell.&nbsp;<em>*availability regulated by academic needs<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.uwb.edu\/facilities\/space-reservations\/facilities-policy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Learn more about sponsorship, use of university facilities (UUF), and the contract process.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Emergencies<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If there is a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.uwb.edu\/emergency\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">campus emergency<\/a>&nbsp;or closure, the UW Bothell Event Coordinator&nbsp;will contact your designated event contact with details on what needs to happen.&nbsp;In case of an emergency, please contact&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.uwb.edu\/safety\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Campus Safety<\/a>&nbsp;at 425-352-5359, or, if needed, 911 directly.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Evacuation Plan<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In the case of an emergency, please review the UW Bothell Evacuation Map \u2013&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.uwb.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/uw-bothell-campus-map.pdf#page=4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">page 4 of the Campus Map<\/a>&nbsp;\u2013 and know where to go if you need to evacuate a building for a drill or emergency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Event Advertising<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Rental of UW Bothell facilities to any non-university organization or individual is conditioned on the user\u2019s agreement to include a statement of UW Bothell\u2019s non-endorsement of the user and the user\u2019s event or activities in all communications, advertisements, or any other printed, electronic, web-based, or broadcast\/telecast information related to the event or activities on or in UW Bothell facilities.&nbsp;<strong>All non-endorsement language must be preapproved by the Chair of UW Bothell\u2019s Use of University Facilities Committee (UUF Committee).&nbsp;<\/strong>足彩app哪个是正规的 UUF Committee Chair may determine the content, size of print, and placement of non-endorsement language.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A copy of the proposed non-endorsement language must be submitted to Office of Event &amp; Conference Services&nbsp;(<a href=\"mailto:uwbecs@uw.edu\">uwbecs@uw.edu<\/a>) at least&nbsp;<strong>one month<\/strong>&nbsp;prior to the event. Note that, as indicated above, no event communications, advertising, marketing, etc., may be published prior to the UUF Committee Chair\u2019s approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Office of Event &amp; Conference Services&nbsp;will present the proposed non-endorsement language to the UUF Committee Chair for review and comments.
