Program overview<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

CoSEE’s adaptive technology program was built in partnership with the Washington Assistive Technology Act Program (WATAP). Through their support and guidance, CoSEE selects accessible items from both the WATAP website and Makers Making Change \u2014 two organizations dedicated to improving access and independence for individuals with disabilities and 3D prints them for use in our own program. This work would not have been possible without their expertise and collaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At its core, this program is rooted in a simple idea: everyone deserves equal access to the tools that make everyday tasks possible. Many of the items we offer address small but significant barriers \u2014 the kind of fix that is straightforward once you have the right tool, but difficult without it. This is why CoSEE is committed to offering this as a free service, removing cost as a barrier and making it easier for individuals to get what they need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
