Jennifer Agatep

Jennifer brings over 17 years of experience in higher education, with expertise in admissions, recruitment, and student success. Before joining UW Bothell, she served as Director of Admissions & Recruitment at Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences and has also held roles at Pepperdine, UCLA, CSUDH, UCI, West Coast University, and Universities of Canada in Egypt.

A Southern California native, Jennifer earned her BA in American Literature & Culture from UCLA, MA in English from CSUDH, and EdD in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University, where her dissertation focused on holistic admissions processes.
