Find information about cancelling events in the ARC below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requesting a Cancellation:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>足彩app哪个是正规的 event planner must submit all cancellation requests via email to <a href=\"mailto:arcevent@uw.edu\">arcevent@uw.edu<\/a> no later than 10 business days before the event. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancellations for Clubs and Organizations That Have Been Allocated 足彩app哪个是正规的 Fee Programming Dollars<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cancellation requests submitted less than 10 business days before the event will receive a warning. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the same organization submits a second late cancellation request within the same fiscal year (July 1-June 30), that organization will no longer be able to request the ARC Overlook for the remainder of the fiscal year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancellations for Non-足彩app哪个是正规的 Fee-Funded Organizations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No reservation fees will be charged if the event cancellation is received more than 60 business days in advance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A $100 administrative fee will be charged if the event cancellation is received 10 or more business days before the event.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Full reservation fees will be charged if the event is cancelled less than 10 business days before the event.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We understand things change!
