Dear Colleagues,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As we move into the final weeks of the academic year and prepare for graduation, I want to extend my deep appreciation for all you have contributed to our students and to one another. This is always a busy and meaningful time, filled with both intensity and celebration, as we recognize the culmination of so much hard work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since arriving in the Pacific Northwest, I\u2019ve been struck by the natural beauty of this region. I\u2019ve also learned something interesting about its tall trees, something that might be familiar to many of you who have lived here for some time but was new to me. To reach their remarkable heights, one might assume trees such as Douglas firs and cedars rely on deep, independent roots for stability. In fact, they thrive by intertwining their roots with those around them, creating a network that helps them withstand the elements together. I\u2019m reminded of that each day in our community. 足彩app哪个是正规的 strength of UW Bothell lies in how we show up for one another through collaboration, care, and shared purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Across Academic Affairs, we continue to make steady progress on our strategic priorities, all with the goal of better supporting our core mission of teaching, mentoring, and serving students. This includes advancing our collective planning efforts, strengthening communication, transparency, and shared governance, and deepening our engagement with emerging areas such as AI and student success initiatives. Your insight and partnership are essential to ensuring this work remains grounded in what matters most.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
