RAD
Systems Process™
The RAD Systems Process begins with our Info-Camp and RAD Plan creation.
Our Info-Camp sessions rapidly and efficiently sets out objectives,
priorities, and scope for the project at hand. The Info-Camp slashes
through to core problems and solutions in a few days. General scope
is set, and our clients, through a small commitment, attains a solid
vision of costs and benefits, and time frames.
Often a Plan will point to Research
as the next step. Quickly researching the world markets for tools,
and answers to critical questions, can have dramatic effects on
a projects overall costs, and final deliverables.
Central Design is our command center,
and headquarters for the project. High Level business requirements
and objectives meet technical solutions.
Business Design focuses on the business
process, and business objectives, and creating solutions to meet
business requirements.
Technical Design includes logical,
hardware, and software architecture processes and solutions which
will meet Business Design requirements.
The Object Oriented Design phase abstracts
the Business and Technical Design specifications into a functional
design ready for the Implementation phase.
Implementation is a no nonsense, uninterrupted
phase of rapid performance. Included in our Implementation phase
are extensive review and test procedures. The Implementation phase
builds a Delivered Solution ready for
deployment. Maintenance and Training
are provided with our Delivered Solution, and for as long as our
clients need our support for production.
